Tim Hirsch is the Founder and Chief Investigator of HGS Investigations, a licensed Florida investigative and intelligence services agency (A3500180) operating under Hirsch Global Solutions. With more than 25 years of experience spanning law enforcement, federal assignments, and private-sector intelligence, Tim brings unmatched precision and professionalism to every investigation.

Before founding HGS Investigations, Tim served as a certified Criminal Intelligence Analyst and Officer in local law enforcement, worked as a U.S. Secret Service Officer, and Senior Intelligence Analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency. He later transitioned into the private sector, applying his expertise in cyber-intelligence, open-source research (OSINT), and counter-surveillance/intelligence with leading firms such as ZeroFox, LookingGlass, and  Cyveillance.

Tim is known for his methodical, intelligence-driven approach, blending traditional field techniques with cutting-edge digital tools and AI-powered analysis. His investigations consistently deliver verifiable facts — not speculation — helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
